Know the Causes of Bad Breath.



Bad breath is embarrassing. And we’ve all suffered from it once in a while, but some are worse than others. Why do have it, what are the causes, how can we prevent in getting that terrible bad breath?

Bad breath or halitosis is a result of a variety of of factors. There are a few reasons your breath won't be as fresh as you’d like:


1. Oral Hygiene :

When you don’t brush and floss everyday, meals remains to your mouth and collects bacteria. This bacteria are the reasons bad breath. On top of that, food that stays to your mouth and in between your teeth will start to rot and smells terrible.

2. There are some foods that make breath worse than others :

Our oral health is strongly related to different health situations. In fact, bad breath can be the primary signal of a medical disorder. Extreme and chronic halitosis is a main symptom of dental diseases which includes gum disease and cavities. Different conditions can negatively affect our breath which includes diabetes, sinus infections, and liver or kidney ailments.
